Himala Naturals delivers to customers throughout Pakistan, and delivery is free of charge on every order. This policy explains how orders are prepared, dispatched and received.
Order processing
Every order is prepared for dispatch once it has been confirmed. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed automatically at the time they are placed. Orders paid by any other method are confirmed once our team has verified the payment.
Dispatch and tracking
As soon as your parcel has been handed to our courier, we will send you an email confirming dispatch together with its tracking details. You may follow the progress of your order at any time from your account or from the Track Order page.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary according to the destination city and the courier's schedule. The delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order, and it is free across Pakistan.
Delivery charges
We do not charge for delivery anywhere in Pakistan. The amount shown at checkout is the full amount payable on delivery or by the payment method you select.
Receiving your parcel
We ask that you inspect your parcel on arrival. Should anything be damaged, missing or different from what you ordered, please contact us on the same day at himalanaturals@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 345 9611083, and we will arrange to put it right.
