These terms of service govern all orders placed through this website with Himala Naturals, Shahji Market, Mansehra Road, Oghi, Mansehra 21400, Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and reflect the current selling price displayed on the product page. Where a price appears struck through, it indicates the previous regular price. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by confirming the order by email. We reserve the right to decline an order where a product is unavailable or the delivery address falls outside our service area.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available throughout Pakistan. Any other payment method is offered at checkout only when it is available for use. Orders paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet are confirmed once our team has verified the payment.
Delivery
Delivery is free across Pakistan. Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery by the courier. Further details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Cancellations Policy. In summary, eligible items may be returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging, provided a return has first been requested by email. Perishable goods (including honey), personal care products and sale items are not eligible for return.
